How do I download my digital art files?
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes). After purchasing a digital file, you will see a link to a download page. Also, an email will be sent to you with your download link. Click “Download,” save the file to your computer or usb stick, print, and enjoy!

What type of paper should I use for my printable artwork?
I prefer a matte, medium to heavy weight paper stock.
Satin or semi-gloss can also be used if that is your preference,
it's your decision. Just remember, the higher quality the paper,
the higher quality the print.
Where can I print my artwork?
1. Home or office printer.
2. Local printing services like, CVS, Costco, Walgreens, Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos/FedEx, Officeworks, etc.
3. Online print services such as Shutterfly, Snapfish or Mpix.
Can I get another size, color or personalization?
> I am able to offer other sizes. Just let me know what size you need and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.
> Most minor color changes are free of charge.
> Personalizing prints may incur a slight upcharge. Just let me know what you need and we'll go from there.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this listing is for a digital file which cannot be returned, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded. When placing your order, you are responsible for carefully reading the listing description and making sure you have the correct item in your shopping cart before completing purchase.
However, it is important to me that you are pleased with your purchase so, if there is an error or problem with your design, please contact me right away. If possible, I can make adjustments and re-send you amended files.
